    Default Inofolic

    Hi!

I have PCOS and have read anout the great success people have had with inofolic. It is quite expensive though especially if you take 2 sachets a day. Does anyone know if this supplement contains the same ingredients? If you take 4 capsules it equals 2 mg and then this is 45 days' supply.

    Inositol 180x500mg Caps-Solal Technologies
    Price: R185.25

I did exactly that as Inofolic is just Inositol + folic acid. Its imported from Italy which is why its so expensive. I dont see why you cant take the tablets instead and if you want add in folic acid too. Just check the dosage of Inositol in inofolic and take the same.

To be honest Im not sure it helped me but then its debatable whether I have PCOS or not.

I have only used Inofolic - I found it helped with ovulation, and it's supposed to help with egg quality as well. I only used 1 sachet per day, but then again I don't have PCOS... I cannot comment on the Solal product.

    Hi there everyone.
I’m new here and would also like to know if inofolic works. My FS has me on one sachet a day. She also has my DH on Stamingrow and since he used it his SA went up from 100 000 to 800 000 so I’m not sure if the infolic is working for me any advise will be much appreciated.
