It has been mentioned that the best rule of thumb for exercise during and in preparation for IVF is “everything in moderation” and “train with a personal trainer”. This answer has left many of us in limbo, especially since my personal trainer is also unsure what acceptable training levels would be in these unique circumstances. Could you perhaps, as a specialist in the field give a more technical answer as guidance to these individuals responsible for our training (personal trainers) in a language they can understand.
